Refund policy

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY — STORE CREDIT ONLY

NY77DESIGN.COM accepts returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of receipt, provided all items are returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with original tags attached.

To request a return, please email artem@ny77design.com with your order number.

Important notes:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • All SALE items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit

  • All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt

  • Returns sent after this period will not be accepted

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued.
Please allow up to 5 business days from receipt for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been issued.

Store credit is issued excluding shipping costs and does not expire.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item:

  • The original item must be returned and approved first

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • Please contact artem@ny77design.com before returning your item to confirm availability

  • One exchange per order only

  • All exchange items must meet the same return conditions listed above
