Shipping & Returns Policy

NY77DESIGN.COM accepts returns for store credit only within 7 days of receipt, provided items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with original tags attached.

To request a return, please email artem@ny77design.com with your order number within 7 days of receiving your order.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE:
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been issued.

Store credit will be issued excluding original shipping costs and can be used toward a future purchase on ny77design.com.
